The Challenge

As an innovative company with over 1,500 active users, Seker provides its clients with a cloud-based funeral management software system. From a fully comprehensive management service to logistics and fleet management, Seker is the go-to platform for hundreds of funeral directors.  

While Seker had been working with other payment providers, the company was looking to expand its offering and give its merchants more choice of channels when taking payments. They’d also been asked to add Blink Payment as an additional integration to their platform by an existing client!

Partnering with us meant that Seker could offer merchants a direct integration with the Blink Payment platform and their eFD software platform. This enabled merchants to securely and quickly take payments, without any changes or disruption to their own internal processes, which was key.

- Operational efficiency – as payments have been enabled across more channels

- There have been far less payment-related queries
