The Challenge

Plumbath originally started as a plumber’s merchant, supplying materials to the building trade. After becoming North London’s leading supplier, the company expanded into bathrooms, offering a complete service from design to fitting.

With the company growing steadily over the years, Ben, Operations Manager at Plumbath needed to adopt more comprehensive payment methods – as their original vendor didn’t offer either an online portal or payment links, meaning they still had to take payments over the phone. The Plumbath team also wanted to give their customers the option to pay outside of business hours, and just not rely on a card terminal.
