The Challenge

Developed by Enhanced Operating Systems Ltd, MoveMan has been providing its clients in the removals sector with software solutions since 1996 and has become the UK’s leading provider. Their software platform enables companies to manage and streamline their entire removals process, from enquiry to invoicing.  

Whilst other aspects of their software platform were working well, Chris Elson, Systems Director at MoveMan, saw a need for a more efficient payment processing system, because removal companies were needing to contact their customers directly to take a payment over the phone or in the office. This created a bottleneck and MoveMan’s clients were spending lots of time chasing their customers for payment.  

So, Chris started to search for a payment company who could support them with simplifying the payment process for their clients.

The Solution

After carefully assessing various options, MoveMan decided to partner with Blink Payment because we were able to seamlessly integrate our payment technology into their software platform.

This direct integration simplified the payment process for MoveMan’s clients, allowing them to take payments online. With full customisation, MoveMan’s clients could also take payments directly from the software platform, so customers had a seamless user experience.

Chris has witnessed multiple clients benefit from the new partnership. Currently, about 14 clients already using Blink Payment solution and they all get next-day funding!
